2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the site and using its services, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these terms. These include the general conditions of ticket sales for events, the general conditions of site use, and the personal data protection policy.
If you do not accept these terms, we invite you not to use the site.

3. General Conditions of Ticket Sales
Registration for Lët’z Refashion events is open to individuals aged 13 and over and is carried out exclusively online via the website.
Each participant must present their electronic or paper ticket at the entrance to the workshop.
Event payments are made online via a secure payment solution, and the reservation becomes final upon payment confirmation and receipt of a validation email.
Events are free for high school students, university students, and job seekers upon presentation of valid proof on the day of the workshop.

Tickets are non-refundable, except in case of cancellation by Lët’z Refashion or as provided by applicable law.
In case of inability to attend, participants are invited to inform Lët’z Refashion as soon as possible by phone at +352 26 20 28 25 or by email at letzrefashion@gmail.com to allow others to take their place.
Lët’z Refashion reserves the right to cancel or modify a workshop in case of force majeure, insufficient number of participants, or organizational reasons. In such cases, any payments made will be fully refunded.

4. General Conditions of Website Use
The site is accessible 24/7, except for maintenance, force majeure, or technical issues beyond Lët’z Refashion’s control.
The user is responsible for the computer equipment and Internet connection used to access the site.
The site is provided “as is.” Lët’z Refashion does not guarantee uninterrupted access, the absence of errors, or freedom from viruses.
The user agrees to use the site fairly and not to:

• divert its use for commercial or advertising purposes

• disrupt its operation

• collect personal data without authorization

• distribute illegal, offensive, or defamatory content.

Lët’z Refashion reserves the right to suspend access to the site for any user who does not comply with these rules.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (texts, images, logos, videos, graphic elements, site structure) is the property of Lët’z Refashion or their respective rights holders.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Participants who do not wish to appear in these photos must notify staff at the beginning of the event so that their image is not used.

Participation in events and use of the website is at the user’s own responsibility.
Lët’z Refashion cannot be held liable for material or immaterial damages resulting from the use of the site, service interruptions, technical issues, viruses, cyberattacks, or the behavior of other participants.
Lët’z Refashion’s liability can only be engaged in the case of gross negligence or intentional fault, in accordance with Luxembourg law.

11. Modification of Terms

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute related to the site or workshops falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of Luxembourg.
